Day 01

07:00 am: Depart from Hanoi to Cat Ba island (by public bus or private transport).

11:30: Arrive at Cat Ba Island where our staff will meet you. A fresh lunch and Vietnamese dishes is served, and then we will have a short brief on Ben Beo pier. Following the briefing you head out to visit the traditional floating fisherman’s village, caves, peaceful lagoons, pristine beaches and learn about the unique lifestyle of the residents. You will see their floating houses and fish farm. There is time for relaxing and swimming before paddling through the scattered islands to our peaceful Bungalow.

Accommodation: Overnight in Superior room at Bungalow on beach.

Day 02

08:30am: After breakfast you paddle across to explore the bay. Tides permitting we will take you kayaking into the Thung Cave and then keep kayaks back out to visit oister farms.  Enjoy a trekking tour on island to explore the surrounding and hidden beaches. Transfer back to Ben Beo Pier after lunch before meeting the transportation back to Hanoi, end of services.

There are two options to get from Hanoi to Cat Ba Island.

1/Express Shuttle Bus

• Pick up: At your hotel in Hanoi’s old quarter 7:15
• Departure Times:
  Hanoi – Cat Ba 8:00 - 10:45 - 12:30 & 14:30   Cat Ba – Hanoi 07:30 - 09:00 - 12:30 & 16:00
• Travel time estimate: 3 hour and 30 minutes
• Cost: $13/person/per way for one away Shuttle bus between Hanoi - Cat Ba

The express bus to Cat Ba departs Hanoi and you are driven to the ferry dock in Hai Phong where you board the ferry and take the 30 minuet ride to Cat Ba Island. Once there you get on another bus that takes you into Cat Ba Town where we meet you to start your adventure. Book Now

2/ Private transfer

• Hai Phong – Cat Ba hydrofoil ticket: $13/per person/per way.
