There is a very good reason for this: these versatile, streamlined little boats are a fantastic way to get about on the water. Our fleet comprises of single and tandem kayaks, well maintained and seaworthy.

Day 1

7:00 am Depart from Hanoi(by bus or private transport) to Cat Ba Island.

11:30am: Arrive at Cat Ba Island where our staff will meet you. a short bus ride to Beo pier where a little boat takes you to a floating house at the corner of Lan Ha Bay. Afterward, we relax on the comfortable draft house, just above the fish nets, while fresh lunch (vegetarian menu available) is prepared. Pm: After learning basic paddle strokes and paddling routes from your certified kayaking guide, it’s your time to grab the paddle and make your own strokes, go passing floating villages, lagoons and private beaches. You are observing local daily life on your cool kayak, paddling in ways nature lovers have been dreaming of.

Day 2

8:30am: Coffee and breakfast at floating home stay to warm up the morning dew for a stunning day in the serene bay. After breakfast you continued paddle to Three Peaches Island which is famous for crystal waters and natural beaches. Paddling around to visit and enjoy the natural beautiful of the bay around Cat Ba Island. Paddling back to floating house home stay to having lunch then make the check out. Catch the Bamboo Boat (water taxi) to transfer back to Ben Beo pier then keep going to the Bus station to take the bus to Hanoi.Trip end.

There are two options to get from Hanoi to Cat Ba Island.

1/Express bus

  • Pick up: At your hotel in Hanoi’s old quarter 6:00
  • Departure Times:
    Hanoi – Cat Ba 7:00 & 14:00   Cat Ba – Hanoi 9:00 & 16:00
  • Travel time estimate: 3 hour and 30 minutes
  • Cost: $17/person/per way. Includes Hai Phong – Cat Ba Hydrofoil ticket

The express bus to Cat Ba departs Hanoi and you are driven to the ferry dock in Hai Phong where you board the ferry and take the 30 minuet ride to Cat Ba Island. Once there you get on another bus that takes you into Cat Ba Town where we meet you to start your adventure. Book Now
